In the screenshot above the PC is locked to provide your children a regular break and to limit the computer usage to specified limits.

In the left corner is the remaining time for which the PC will remain locked and a cute animated animal. In the right corner are the available user actions (customizable in Options -> Restrictions):

Children's Care remain minimized in your Notification area. Access to Configuration of the software accessible only under Windows Administrator Account and protected with password .
